Len has been in the food and hospitality industry his whole life. Originally from the local area, he’s spent years living and working across the Cotswolds, bringing with him a wealth of experience from both the corporate food world and independent pubs.

He first ran The Clanfield Tavern in Clanfield, Oxfordshire—which has since been renamed The Masons Arms! After managing several successful pubs and spending over 7 years at his previous location, Len returned to take the reins here in September 2025.

Now, as the proud new tenant and “custodian” of this historic pub, Len is excited to welcome new faces and familiar friends alike.
